At MV Attire, we specialize in creating exclusive, made-to-order designer wear that is tailored to each customer’s unique preferences, measurements, and style requirements. Every piece is crafted with attention to detail and customized specifically for the individual placing the order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and confirmed with us, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This includes situations where the order has been recently placed, as the design and production process begins immediately upon confirmation. We strongly advise all customers to carefully review their order details, including product selection, size specifications, customization inputs, and shipping information before completing the purchase.

No Refund Policy

MV Attire does not offer refunds on any orders. Since all our garments are custom-made and cannot be resold, we are unable to process refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully made. This policy applies to all products across our website and custom orders.

Order Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all details provided at the time of placing the order are accurate. This includes measurements, size selection, design preferences, color choices, and delivery details. MV Attire will not be held responsible for issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. To raise a concern, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Supporting images or videos as proof

Our team will carefully review the case and determine an appropriate resolution. Please note that any resolution (if applicable) will be provided at the sole discretion of MV Attire, and refunds will not be issued.

Color & Design Variation

Please note that slight variations in color, fabric texture, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, or the handcrafted nature of our products. Such minor differences are not considered defects and will not qualify for any return, cancellation, or refund.

Delivery Timelines

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Such delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refunds.
